  • It’s our intention to create a smooth booking process for our clients. To that end, our venue rental fee includes our standard audio-visual package and venue equipment including mobile bars, a number of tables - including high tops - and china, glassware, and flatware with service for up to 50 guests.

  • Seated, 125. Standing, up to 225.

  • Load-in and out is available at street level through the front entrance of our building. Load-in windows are flexible. 

  • Yes. Our venue provides food and beverage packages and has preferred partnerships with branding, catering, entertainment, floral, furniture rental vendors, and more. ELM has an exclusive in-house production (audio-visual) vendor and welcomes outside caterers. For our out of town guests, we have hotel partnerships that offer preferred pricing. 

  • We have partnerships with nearby parking lots and additionally offer valet service to our private event guests. Please reach out to our team for details and pricing. 

  • ELM is easily accessible via B D F M N R W 4 6 subway lines. We’re in close proximity to transportation hubs like Grand Central Terminal, Penn Station and New York City’s major bridges and tunnels, and of course, you can always arrive by taxi.
